We Don't Move On From Grief...We Move Forward
800-273-8255 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
We felt it was important to include this section, especially after the last couple of years. There are so many people grieving. We personally have friends we care for that are grieving even as we type this. Our own family experienced several deaths last year including the suicide of a relative. We also had a family member pass away from cancer which was tragic and unexpected.
Grief looks different for everyone and as a human we cannot escape dealing with it at some point in our life. We cannot control what happened to the person we love but we can control what we do from this moment going forward. It is hard to know what to say to someone that is grieving and we learned a lot just from doing the research. We hope it will help you deal with a friend or family member's grief or maybe bring your comfort and peace in your own experiences.
